Samsa express Very Very bad carrier and I have bad experiences with SMSA.
There is always delay in the delivery of shipments and tracking the shipment and not available for follow-up

This courrier service office took my house address for delivery which I gave them. But the delivery guy didn't want to come to the exact house location even if I asked him to come to the house. He told me he waiting near a supermarket nearby and asked me to come and get it. So It hardly took me 2 minuites to get there. He was not there when I went. So I tried to call him but couldn't contact him through the same number. His phone says 'Invalid no.' . The tracking ID showed that the item had been out for delivery from 7:55 AM and he called me at 1:00 PM. I called their office immediately they told me they will call me back and let me know but even they are least bothered and didn't call me. He might return it back to the office with some excuse because I have read the reviews and complaints about their poor courrier services with same type of complaints. What Express Courier Service is this. VERY ANNOYING.
