Terrible service. Not only was the delivery delayed (and nobody informed us) but we were at home at the supposed delivery time shown on your tracker. Nobody rang our door bell! Unacceptable service.

Apparently, the delivery man was here today. He rang at the building but didn't identify himself. Anyway, I opened the door of the building because I hoped it was the delivery that was promised to be sent to my home on the 19th January. He used the elevator and when he arrived at my door, rang the bell. I was changing clothes and putting on the Covid mask. It took me maybe 30 seconds to open the door. When I opened the door, the elevator was going down. He simply left. Didn't wait 30 seconds. As the building is high I could not run down the stairs to stop him. Terrible service.
