Says package was delivered at 2:36am never got package at all and our postal service doesn't deliver mail in the middle of the night

We processed a USPS Priority Mail International label and our customer contacted us asking about the status of the package. It appears to be bouncing around Hayward, California for a week now. What gives?! This is not the first time we've seen this wonky tracking. Priority Mail International transit time is supposed to be 6-10 days to most destinations, including the Netherlands where this package is destined. It's now been 10 days and it's still stuck in the States?

It’s be been two months already and my tracking info hasn’t changed, I haven’t received my package either. Very disappointed and very unprofessional to say the least.

Not sure what's going on with my package. I got the email over 2 weeks ago that it had shipped, but there's been zero movement when I try to track it. As near as I can tell, it's still sitting in the factory.

no detail of partner so cant ring them its not arrived and its the 20 th. so that diesnt make sense
phoned the number for querying no one answerd.
