This must be the worse delivery service I've ever used. Totally unreliable! The package should have arrived in 72hrs, it has been 2 weeks and nothing... The tracker says there have been several "logistic incidents" and the package will be delivered on time. They must be joking...

Couriers website alleges delivery made but this is a lie. The driver rang me the day after alleged delivery to arrange delivery for the following day. Sadly he failed again to deliver because he wasn't in the area and promised the next day, still waiting a week latetr. Don't know what is going on because he will now not respond to text messages. What a Sham! I say discipline the driver.

Correos Express are terrible!. They state on their tracking details that on the 16/01 and today 18/01 that the recipient was not at home on both days, so were unable to deliver!. I have waited in on both days, and live in a gated community and they need to phone me for access to deliver the package. On both occasions no effort has been made by them to do this, although the sender has my phone details!. Very dissatisfied with thier poor service.

Good afternoon! I want to add more here about correosexpress service as it is not just extremely disappointing, but also highly frustrating when they lie about having tried to deliver a package. This is clearly not the first time it has happened to me, hence my reason for writing. It is a constant issue that they do not plan and ask about deliveries beforehand, then ask for you to schedule another which they then do not satisfy but lie saying the recipient was not at home on another date- all of this without messaging or following the more the more than ample rescheduling possibilities of delivery times allocated by the recipient. Can I ask why they repeatedly do this? It would not be difficult to send an SMS/ WhatsApp to schedule possible delivery times acceptable to both, instead of lying about having tried to deliver and no-one answering - which we all know didn't happen! This time is even more frustrating as the option to reschedule/gestionar a delivery time is unavailable on the website despite their demands that this is the route to follow. This non-delivery and lying happens constantly and I would very much like to know why and what they intend to do about it. Thank you for your attention in this matter. Sincerely, R. Dawson

I sent a parcel in 7th December from Uk to Spain and it hasn’t arrived yet, we don’t know when is it going to be delivered or where it is at the moment. Very disappointed.

I don´t know where my package is! I don´t know why it wasn´t delivered to the address that I sent it to. Once again, the people working in this service do not know how to do their jobs!!!!!

been trying to make contact to rearrange delivery it says address incomplete, I can assure you it is not. Trying to contact someone is horrendous plus tno where can i find the rearrange delivery link to click on!!

Your system says the package could not be delivered because there was no answer at the destination. Absolutely not true! There was no attempt to deliver.
