The parcel has not been delivered so I don't know what they have done with it. Furthermore the sorting centre it was sent to was in the wrong postcode so I can surmise that they have sent it to the wrong address.

Really bad service. Tracking unhelpful and inaccurate. You have to wait for ever for your delivery and it is almost impossible to contact them to ask where it is. I hope I never have a delivery by them again,

Do not use their service for international order although they are cheaper than the rest. Their tracking doesn´t work at all....only showed they have picked up the package and nothing more. They guarantee delivery by 2nd May and they collected the parcel on 26th April but as of now the customer still haven´t receive their package. To call their customer service line takes forever. We have placed a reclamation online and we do not know how long we need to wait for their reply. If you don´t want to lose any customer, DO NOT use their service or you will bring problem to yourself and your company. This is no joke , as i do not want this to happen to others.

Very disappointing 👎they said 2 to 4 days international pay much money but it takes 9 days before you receive it

My shipments by SEUR regularly have "Shipping Incidents!" or say that I've changed the delivery details when I haven't and I've waited in all day to receive them. They then deliver my shipments on a day that suits them anything up to a week later.

Your service is pathetic , I will never order anything off Amazon if your the courier.
I have waited in 2 days now , in which I have lost 2 days wages from my job . You can cancel the delivery as it’s not needed anymore because of your dismal service. I have cancelled the order with Amazon. You have cost me a lot of money in lost wages .
