Major delays, no updates for 8 days, took more than an hour to access customer service staff every time and no solutions. No complaints access line...was a frustrating experience.

ATSM009871 was collected from Macquarie Park on 18 December 2018 and is just being sent out to delivery address on 14 January 2019 I had not been notified of this and only found out as our Customer contacted me to inform me that they had not received the parcel yet This is very poor service

I am disgusted with your service. This is the second time that I have waited all day for a parcel and TOLL have not delivered. NOT only have they not delivered but they also LIE that they have been. I have a property which is on a corner and have windows right around the court, Floor to ceiling. My office is situated at the front of the house and I monitor everyone that comes in and out of the court daily. I have a hairdresser across the road from me who also watches our court with all the violence that happens now days. I have received messages from TOLL telling me that my parcel was loaded onto a truck and that it was on its way to be delivered at 12.02pm 11/1/19. I have spent the day in 30 deg. heat waiting for TOLL to turn up, as have another 3 members of my family who are still on holidays and at home. The mail man turned up, the letter box was emptied, there was no leaflet left to say that TOLL had come past and missed us; but there couldn't possibly have been any leaflet left because TOLL had not turned up at all. At 7pm my family and I sat to have dinner; IF TOLL had turned up firstly we would have seen the the TOLL truck as we have windows right around looking onto the whole court from the beginning to the end of the court, but we would have also heard the door bell ring. After I called at approximately 8.10pm, I was told by one of your operators that the driver had left a message that he had missed us; HE IS A LIAR and if he couldn't be bothered finishing his deliveries or if he was running late, then TOLL should have contacted me and let me know and arranged for someone to deliver my parcel tomorrow. NOT tell me that now I have to wait till next week, so that you can drop it off 500metres down the road, so that I can go and pick it up. THAT is not the service you were paid for. Since this is the second time it has happened, I WILL NOT be using TOLL ever again nor will I do business with any other entity which uses you. I will be advising VODAFONE of this and will request that I will not use them again, if they ever decide to deliver anything to me using you. This will not end here as SOCIAL MEDIA is the best form of advertising now days. Everyone will know about this. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. IF WE WERE TO RUN OUR BUSINESS LIKE THIS WE WOULDN'T HAVE ONE.

a 2-3 day delivery turned into a 13 day delivery called 6 times the workers in the warehouse are useless boxe got lost it took 3days to find the boxe in the warehouse customer service never return your calls have no idea how a company like this survives

Toll has got to be the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. The first email said it would be delivered on the 18th. It then changed to the 19th. On the 19th we got an update that only one of the two parcels (phone) made it Adelaide so only one of them would be delivered that day. On the 20th tracking said second phone would be delivered but it still hasn’t arrived and no one at toll can tell us when it will be delivered. Currently the 21st.

I thought Australia Post was bad with overnight express, but at least their Customer Service enquiries are for more helpful. This was my 1st experience receiving a parcel thru TOLL and it will be my LAST. Your CS said she would send an eMail to basically confirm enquiry lodged which she did but she also said someone would phone me back yesterday afternoon and confirmed this but NO ONE DID. Instead I am left to follow tracking myself to find parcel is now at Ashmore (Priority) which was supposed to be delivered overnight to Yarrabilba to receive Tuesday, now its Thursday. Why pay for Priority when its going to be 2 or more days late. NOT HAPPY.
