Absolutely disgusting. Toll didn't even drop off the parcel at the door just left it outside near the car in the weather. I found it a day later all wet and dirty. I would NEVER use Toll. All my experiences with them are lost parcels and damaged goods.

Got a message just before 3:00. Attempted delivery. Two people home. Front door open. Nobody heard a knock or call. Have 2 big empty planters next to door where parcel could have been put. I have no car. Had accident. Please redeliver. Always home.

Hello. The Toll man who delivered my parcel was just lovely. He explained that our railway system had been down for 10 days and the Barkly Hwy from QLD to NT was cut... hence the delay. Thank you.
