Never came to the building for drop off as I have four staff here to vouch. The address isn’t incorrect. I waited for a month since it got into Australia until it was supposedly being dispatched and then said wrong address. No not wrong address. Pathetic!!

This is without a doubt the most pathetic customer service I have ever had. UBI Australia don’t answer the phone and they have had my parcel for weeks with no way of contacting them.

It says the parcel was delivered but it has not arrived here, it is marked as delivered to a suburb completely different to where I live.
