No communication, hard to get a hold of, takes ages for the package to be delivered and the courier does not bring my package in side the gate leaves it out on the drive way. Not impressed. If I had my way I would choose NZ post all the way.

Hi ,have only delivered one of three packages that was ordered together from the same company at the same time as a package deal ??? probably explains the cost of delivery ....

One time delivery , what a lie. Marked delivered but they didn’t deliver they took it back to the sorting centre and when asked why, oh you weren’t home. Yet I was sent a message that I didn’t need to sign or be home. I think the driver just couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Was then told the next day it would be delivered. Did it arrive no. So I called again and was told the next day again. This repeated all week and I have yet to receive my package. This feels deliberate and lazy, like they don’t want to do their job. I have even had to contact the company I purchased from and they have had to call, did it help, NO. This is not a reliable service.

I have been waiting for 1 month for this delivery. Unable to track...rang Toll 5x 3x told contact sender, sender claimed it had been picked up. Rang Toll twice yesterday, given an inquiry no. & they finally looked into it. Today 2 out of 5 boxes arrived. Who knows how long the others will take. NOT HAPPY!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. After being told my consignment would be delivered on the 30th of November I had to retrieve my consignment myself from a pick up point.9 days later being told four times that it had been delivered to my house.

What is Toll IPEC and what services do they offer?

Toll IPEC is an Australian logistics company that’s been around since the late 1980s, known for handling parcel and freight deliveries across Australia and internationally. They’re part of the larger Toll Group, which has a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region. If you’re sending or receiving packages with Toll IPEC, you’ll find they offer a range of services including express, standard, and same-day delivery options tailored to different needs. They work with a variety of customers—from small businesses and e-commerce retailers to larger companies needing reliable transport for goods across cities or borders. Whether it’s urgent documents or heavier freight, Toll IPEC aims to provide flexible solutions. So if your parcel is moving through them, you’re dealing with a carrier that’s well-established in Australian logistics and focused on timely, efficient delivery.

What do Toll IPEC tracking statuses mean?

When you check Toll IPEC tracking, you'll see several key statuses that help you know where your parcel is and what’s next. "Picked Up" means Toll IPEC has collected your package from the sender, so your parcel is now in their hands. Once it shows "In Transit," your shipment is moving through their network, usually between sorting centers, and no action is needed on your part. When you see "Out for Delivery," your parcel is on the final leg and should arrive that day, so be ready to receive it. The "Delivered" status confirms your package has reached its destination, so you can check with the recipient if you’re waiting for it. If the status says "Pending," it often means your parcel is awaiting processing or some information to proceed, so keep an eye on updates and contact Toll IPEC if it stays that way too long.

Why is my Toll IPEC tracking not updating?

It’s completely normal to feel a bit anxious when your Toll IPEC parcel seems to stop moving in the tracking updates. Usually, this happens because your package is moving between different hubs or distribution centers, where scans aren’t always recorded immediately. Toll IPEC typically updates tracking information once or twice a day, but on weekends and public holidays, scan activity slows down, so you might not see any changes for a day or two. If your shipment is international, customs clearance can also cause a delay in updates, which is beyond Toll IPEC’s control. Most of the time, a pause in tracking doesn’t mean your parcel is lost or stuck—it’s just a normal part of the journey. If it’s been several days without any update, that might be the right time to reach out to Toll IPEC directly for more details.

What format is a Toll IPEC tracking number?

Toll IPEC tracking numbers usually consist of 10 to 12 digits and sometimes start with a specific prefix like “TOL” followed by numbers, for example, TOL123456789. These numbers are purely numeric or alphanumeric, depending on the shipment type. You can find your Toll IPEC tracking number in the shipping confirmation email from the retailer, on your parcel’s label, or within your order details on the seller’s website. Once you have that number handy, you can enter it above to track your Toll IPEC package easily and stay updated on its delivery status every step of the way.

How long does Toll IPEC take to deliver?

Toll IPEC typically offers a range of delivery options to suit your needs, from express to standard services. If you choose their express service, you can usually expect your parcel to arrive within 1 to 2 business days for domestic deliveries, making it a great choice when time is tight. Standard shipping is a bit more relaxed, often taking 3 to 5 business days within Australia. For international shipments, delivery times vary widely depending on the destination country and customs processes, generally ranging from several days up to a couple of weeks. Keep in mind that busy periods like holidays can slow things down. To stay on top of your shipment’s progress, signing up for notifications is a smart way to get live updates tailored just for you.

Is tracking a Toll IPEC parcel free?

Yes, tracking your Toll IPEC parcel on Parcel Monitor is completely free—no hidden fees or sign-ups needed just to check your shipment. How do I track a Toll IPEC parcel without a tracking number?

It’s frustrating when you can’t find your Toll IPEC tracking number, and we totally get it—packages can’t be tracked if you don’t have that key info. Usually, if you ordered from a store, the tracking number is tucked away in a separate “your order has shipped” email, so it’s worth checking your inbox (and spam folder, just in case). If it’s still nowhere to be found, don’t worry! You can reach out to the retailer directly—they can pull the tracking number from Toll IPEC and share it with you. To skip all this hassle next time, try connecting your Gmail account here. That way, every carrier order gets spotted and tracked automatically, no number needed. It’s an easy way to keep tabs on your parcels without the stress!

What are the alternatives to Toll IPEC in Australia?

Toll IPEC is a major player in Australia's parcel and freight scene, known for its strong national coverage and expertise in express road and air freight services, especially for heavier shipments and time-sensitive deliveries. That said, if you’re weighing your options or your retailer uses a different service, you might also consider alternatives like Australia Post, famous for its extensive parcel locker network and reliable nationwide reach. CouriersPlease offers competitive pricing and is a solid choice for smaller parcels with flexible delivery options, while Fastway Couriers focuses on affordability and local delivery efficiency. Each carrier has its own strengths depending on what matters most—speed, price, or convenience. The good news? Parcel Monitor tracks all these carriers in one place, so no matter which service your parcel uses, you can easily keep an eye on it without juggling multiple apps or websites.
