where is my parcel? It was delivered to you on the 17th of the month instead of dispatch same day you sent it on the 18th and I am still waiting by tracking it it’s still half way why you get paid promising people that you will deliver next day and Coronavirus is not an excuse The worst service ever for the money you charge

Worst courier ever. they send you a text message that the package is on its way. They receive, deliver, fail to deliver all in 1 minute, but don't send you a message it is arrived. Based on tracking I went over to the agency on the days the package was there according to tracking but I was told it wasn't. It was shipped of again. Calling the information line I was told they don't speak English but that they would call me back in 5 minutes. That still has to happen. Went to the agency again and was told it would be a there next day around 11. Seeing is believing bunch of interested and uneducated useless individuals

Courier incompetent, three times he advised ACS that the building does not have a doorbell. The Australian Embassy where I work is a regular customer of ACS and I cannot believe the courier could not enter the building, provide my name to ther recption downstairs and deliver my parcel to the 2nd floor. I am very disappointed in your service.
