No way to know where by goods are. Called 50 times, everytime they give me a different tracking number, they don't know who has goods at destination. Worst courier ever

This courier company is supposed to be a worldwide delivery service based in Spain yet they couldn’t find an address in Murcia. Google maps is an amazing app and pin points my property when typed in. I waited for the delivery of my shipment twice. 1st time they were a no show, email arrived to say address incorrect, 2nd time they were a no show, email arrived to say absence. Both times I was sat on my front terrace watching all traffic that went by and not once did I see a SEUR courier van. To say I’m disappointed and angry is an understatement. They had my phone number, why not call??? Trying to then get hold of someone to help was a joke!!! I’m now off back to the UK today, upset that I’ve had to cancel my order due to the incompetence of the delivery service provided. Shambollic!!!!!!!

Do not use SEUR . Delivery is terrible. I waited in for 3 separate orders. Told they were out for delivery. At 6.30pm received a message to say they had been left at my chosen collection point. I had asked for delivery to my house. I do not know where the collection point is and what’s more cannot find out either by phone- always engaged and no replies to email. Not on web either. Not the first time we have been let down. Terrible service!!
