The most pathetic, unsatisfactory and unprofessional service i have ever received!! No one should ever deal with such a impractical and inconsiderate company! They have no transparency of information and provide fake delivery deadlines, which they can never meet! Dissapointing service!!

Your delivery service is a joke! 1. I have received sms notification that said "delivery today or tomorrow". How do you expect one to sit at home for 2 days waiting for delivery? 2. The truck came, while my wife was at home. Instead of ringing, the courier just inserted the "sorry we missed you" card in the letter box. Of course you missed us, because you did not even try to deliver. 3. It's now 9:12am May 8th. Your tracking website shows the most recent event at 11:59PM, May 8th - more than 12 hours in future!!!! How is that possible? So now I had to take a day off from work, waiting for the truck that I am not even sure will come.

I talk with customer care regarding my delivery and I gave them my mobile number but delivery driver didn’t ring me and now day finish and I don’t know where it s my parcel, as well as I believe tomorrow when we talk with customer care they blem on customer.

Rubbish service I called your oiffice at 09:15 on 16 Jan 2019. Your operator confirmned thgat the parcel wasat the Perth deport and said I wlould receive confirmnation if delivery was planned for 16 Jan otherwise I agreed to pickup from thge depot. I received no SMS or call on thge delivery service At 10 am I returned home to find the Sorry We Missed You Card Ecn010398022 I received a sorry I missed you noitification Now I can't find out where my parcel is. Customer serviceb isb non existant I travel overseas tonightand nbeed thge parcels but there is no one to cintact. 131150 is busy for oiver an hour

Package arrives all the way from overseas on time after traveling through multiple countries, only to be shipped to the wrong city after clearing customs in Sydney on 22nd, told will be forwarded to Adelaide evening of 24th but wont receive until at least the 27th. Package sitting in depot from 24th but TNT unwilling to try find a solution, just bad luck for customer. Very unprofessional. 21,000 km in 9 days across multiple boarders and once in Australia TNT can't even send to the right state, then give false excuses on second call i make that i knew were false due to info from first call, then blames FEDEX take over. Thanks for a disappointing Christmas. $260.00 freight costs you would expect a lot more.

Parcel (less than 3kg) sent from Chadstone, Vic. (With ‘FastwayCouriers’) over 2 weeks ago. I live just outside the Melbourne metro area and still not received. According to online tracking, Parcel monitor, it has been to Traralgon and now it is in Redbank, Queensland with Toll couriers. Great website and tracking but it would be better if I had the parcel delivered. As a longtime online seller and Australia Post user, I know it would have arrived within a couple of days with Registered or Express Post and for the same cost. GUARANTEED

will never use TNT couriers again. Parcel was meant to be delivered by 3 April at the latest as was going between two Sydney addresses. Had to chase up TNT several times to discover parcel was first delivered to the wrong depot, and then was being held. TNT took on the job knowing the dimensions and weight of the package (48kg). Subsequently, they said that they did not have a tail lift truck to deliver it and asked if I had a forklift to unload it at my house! They finally offloaded the job to another courier and delivered it on Friday 6 April. As we had taken time off work to take delivery at home on days it did not arrive as promised, we asked that TNT give us at least half an hours notice of when it will be delivered so someone could be home to accept delivery - they said they would keep us informed. They did not do this. The third party courier phoned me to see if I was home when he arrived at my house - I was at work. I had to leave work again to get home to take delivery. Additionally, they did not bring the heavy parcel on a tail lift truck, but a van, and I had to help the courier unload it from the truck. I had previously said to TNT this is not acceptable, as what if I had been an elderly customer or a disabled customer? We managed to get the parcel out of the van and onto a trolley for bringing it to the house, and I thanked the third party courier for stepping in where TNT had failed dismally in their service. Overall, very dissatisfied with the service from TNT in terms of: not keeping me informed as to when it would be delivered or why it had not been delivered as yet; much delayed delivery compared to when promised; expecting me to help unload the package; and finally, no apology for their botch up of the entire job. Overall, they knew the package dimensions and weight when they picked up the package from the retailer, yet acted as if the delivery should have been able to be delivered by a single person from a regular van when it was clearly a two man job with tail lift truck and trolley necessary.
