Not impressed with what I've experienced so far my parcel has been palmed off to 3rd parties to deliver it's been in transit for 22 days so it's late 2 weeks past its estimated delivery date not happy that it was lost In transit and had to lodge a enquiry to find it so in short un professional service and not really impressed at all

after spending 40 years in warehousing and this is the worst example of a complete lack of understanding on warehousing Dispatch and customer interaction that I have ever seen throughout Australia and not may countries out side of Australia are worse than this. I will be taking this further with the ACCC

Online details said that package was offered 3 times. However being home the doorbel never once rang. Without notice 8 days after pick-up the package was finally just left at the front door.

Your delivery contractor Couriers Please have been terrible to deal with. Initially the package was out for delivery and was returned to base. The I was notified this morning the package would be delivered today, so I stayed home and waited. At 12.40pm I received an email from Couriers Please adivising delivery was not possible as nobody was home. I was home and my front door bell never rang. I have attempted to contact Couriers Please, it is impossible to speak to a real person only join their live chat. I have done this 3 times without resolution. I am reconsidering my One Pass membership and whether to use Catch in the future.
