I sent this small package which contains a book, from Santa Cruz, California on 21/3/23. This is almost a month later and it has still not been delivered to its destination in Co. Mayo. What is causing this rediculous delay?

Up dates very good. Parcel was in Christchurch on 13 th Dec.but was only delivered to receiver on 18th. Jan. 23. E mail said there were 2 attempts to deliver it but the receiver was not contacted and had to contact the postal service themselves to enquire about the parcel. A note should have been left in the post box if the postman was unable to deliver the parcel.

Dropped parcel to post office on 19th December. Parcel last seen leaving Heathrow on 23rd December. Now 3rd of January and An Post cannot determine where the parcel is. Absolutely shockingly poor service. No support from An Post, exceedingly poor customer service. Will not use An Post to send another international parcel ever again.

The parcel I sent from Istanbul to Ireland is somehow still in Istanbul, with no explanation why. Perhaps it arrived to Ireland and was then sent back, but I have been given no information. Totally dissatisfied.
