Packet went from Germany to Italy instead ireland. Furthermore It was stuck in Italy for 3 weeks and just arrived after all festivities (I.e. Christmas). I had to buy another one as I wanted this for a present. I thought I wouldn't have a problem buying from Europe but it wasn't the case

The tracking is absolutely useless the first part is fine but in-between and arrival in UK there's no way to track local company it could be anyone as new tracking number not issued and you're left wondering who has you're parcel or ETA
