sent before waited 1 month and then got sent back to the sender from the uk with out any updates or reasons now been resent for the second time and still waiting 10 days the same no new updates this is apparently the best company in Italy jokes

Tracking did not update from dispatch .. arrived unannounced and items badly damaged (to be fair the packaging was sub standard). Replacement on the way let’s see this time!

Hey there, my experience of dpd was very bad.just yesterday communicate with dpd rhessaloniki greece and ask them info about my parcel with tracking number dpd .they denied to give me any info asking me the tracking number dpd that i have not.finaly found my parcel in acs storage 4 days ago.nobody advise to deliver me.i found alone asking about it acs, elta and the other greek courier.thank you for attention.ntina manoli

Distracted and rushed service! Unkind personal!
Despite I put a HUGE label on the door asking to ring my phone on the arrival, nobody called me nor left any card with information.
I had to call the customer service and ask to put a note and be called the day after.
Annoying waste of time!
