your customer service department has rude representatives, nor are they capable of giving clear answers, they beat around the bush and when you ask for clarification they get rude and end the chat. rude, do not recommend you to anyone, plus my delivery was late

The carrier has missed delivery for 2 days in a row. The roads are clear, there is no snow. The carrier blatantly lied that we weren’t here for the delivery yet we havent gone anywhere. Whats funny is it was logged ‘Out for delivery’ then logged to his home base 45 minutes later. That’s basically impossible to do.
Its a 20 + mile drive in heavy traffic.
I would never use such a crappy outfit
