Tracking updates, what a joke, updates didn't happen till after 6pm. Should of arrived on the 12th, delivery by 6pm, delivery by end of day, delivery by 12am, update "delivery pending" who knows when i will receive as the updates are poor as i waited in all day for nothing.

Parcel should have been delivered on the 19th May. Still no sign on the 21st May.
On the tracking screen said delivery would be made before 12 each morning then end of day. Stayed in for 3 days waiting. I now expect delivery will be on Monday at the earliest. It has been in the Chorley depot since early hours Thursday morning and delivery address is only 30 mins away. Really poor service from FedEx. I wouldn’t recommend fedex to anyone as they are extremely poor. It is also very disappointing as it was for birthday gift for the 22nd May.

FedEx made yet another promise to deliver the package but, again, failed to turn up!!☹️
Not sure, now, if they could find their R's with both hands and a map!😅
