Received conflicting information about this order and different places where it was delivered but not known at those places.
Also told parcel returned to sender.
Have been to a few different possible delivery locations just to check.
After quite a long time it has been delivered to the original address
Biggest problem is “last mile courier services” there is no communication, no new tracking number or tracking information.

I received a notification of successful delivery via email, but no package arrived nor was there even a notice to suggest a delivery was attempted.

It is not so great that you show that my parcel has been delivered to Vancouver because I never received it. Could be because I live in a completely different municipality on the other side of the water from Vancouver-- in the District of North Vancouver and with a completely different postal code and not in Vancouver at all. So the cakes which I ordered from the United States and had addressed to my North Vancouver address as Christmas presents for friends here are clearly being enjoy by someone I will never know. Great. Don't know them; will never meet them. Totally terrible service. My parcel was mailed December 01 and never got to me at all but given to some stranger instead. Have advised the bakery to NEVER ship using this carrier again, and I doubt I will ever order from that bakery again just to spend weeks waiting for Christmas cakes which never arrive. A total 100% disappointment.

Ten days later and my gift to a German friend is still touring the US.. didn't realize the bakery I ordered from was going to send this through ground shipping..
