Never had such an issue with a delivery I ordered something on the 17th sep and it's the 18th October now over a month and it's still not here .

Very poor in delivery time - huge lead time. Regarding tracking no proper updates always showing old status. Also initially one delivery date mentioned then later on another date was reported. Again the delivery message received at unexpected day irrespective of the date mentioned in the tracking. Overall Pathetical experience.

I received a notification that the delivery had been 'attempted' but further went on to say ' address could not be found'. What an absolute fabrication. No delivery has been attempted - I know this because I work at home and my office window faces the road. I phoned the helpline to be told that they would contact the driver and ask him to come back to the area to 're-attempt' the delivery - how can he do this when the delivery was never attempted in the first place????? Unfortunately this is not my first experience like this with DPD.

DPD delivery is a joke, I was ordered in Wednesday and pay for special delivery to Saturday, delivery driver go to the wrong address, after 5min i contacting support centra and promised me to driver come back the same day. Nothing happen, Sunday, nothing happen, after my delivery was send back to box.co.uk. After that I order again but this time in Friday and delivery in Saturday, guess what, I dont have delivery, I must my self all the time contact DPD and ask, where are my delivery, this time package in Birmingham depo was damaged. And that why today I dont have delivery, but why Im need ask all the time. I think, tomorrow be again the same story.

I am so disappointed to find my parcel has still not left the UK. I filled in all the correct paperwork on the site I booked my parcel through and feel this is very much a substandard site as I received no email or contact from when I had paid the money. I am desperate for the parcel to reach its destination asap as it is for a little boy's 1st birthday and due to covid restrictions we have not even been able to meet him yet. I feel utterly heartbroken that this is held up and after thankfully speaking to somebody in a UK depot yesterday he explained clearly what I needed to do which I have and emailed him back the necessary information. Please could somebody help now move the parcel along? Kind regards Helen

Being my item (parcel) should have arrived today feel very disappointed it hasn't arrived,, also parcel seem stuck in one place for to long, I appreciate the difficulties we've had this past year but can't blame covid constantly for your late and lack of up dates on my parcel and non delivery, 😢
