Should of delivered to Gainsborough, delivered my parcel to Blackburn, ordered through eBay on their Argos pick up scheme, details of delivery very sketchy, I would never trust you with another parcel, ebay investigating.

Hi, I’ve contacted and spoken from customer service just earlier today. The delivery driver Harpreet who was supposed to deliver my order from netprinter didn’t delivered today at all. He/she lied about missed me for not answering the door bell and will arrange for delivery on Monday. I’ve received a text message while I was waiting for delivery at home and never heard any door bell. I’ve been receiving other deliveries throughout the time from other courier fine. This order is very important project for the business photoshoot for the weekend and I’ve paid extra and confirmed with the shop to get delivered on time. Knowing how important it is I was waiting at home without going anywhere. He/she never arrived to my location but sent a message about missed me and the photo was so blurry and I can also tell it isn't my door or anywhere near my area. I’ve contacted and have spoken with someone from customer service after I’ve raised the issue and promised that it will be deliver today so I’ve waited again without going anywhere and also the lady I’ve spoken to mentioned the delivery driver have my telephone number so I’ve had my phone on me at all time to make sure I don’t miss it. This is very disappointing, it stressed me out mentally and physically. This has caused so much problems with my business and I have lost money. This is very unprofessional as well. How could you lie to customer like that and act so unprofessional? I am so not happy with the service and I need to be compensated.
