The delivery was very quick and professional and nothing broke which is great since my item was fragile somewhat.

Courier office said it will only take 7 days to reach but it's over 15 days and no delivery until now. It's been in transit for more than 10 days. Please I need it as soon as possible

DHL as a whole is a terrible shipping service, I've been expecting my parcel within May 2nd or 3rd and nothing has been delivered. This is unacceptable coming from other people affected by how inexperienced DHL performs. No communication. No team work ethics. They havent bothered taking a minute to scan the damn package. Amazon and UPS, etc have actually taken extra measures to ensure that tracking number is consistantly updated until you get it.

I am extremely disappointed with the tracking DHL tracking system. It's not real time update at all...I even tried the online chat which is useless. It tells me nothing except to wait re: status
