Terrible experience!
Parcel picked up on a Wednesday and arrived in final delivery canter only the following Monday. No transparency nor explanation as to reasons for such long delay.
Not only will I not use the GLS courrier services in future but I will not suggest it to others either.

I ordered a package from Amazon on March 30th, scheduled delivery in Luxembourg by April 8th, today (10th of April) the package hasn't arrived yet.
I checked the delivery status on the website with the shipping number and it appears that the package was not delivered because the delivery address reception was closed.
Now, the person who works in the reception IT’S ME!
The office is open every day until 6.30pm and there is always someone who opens the door and welcomes the couriers even when I am temporarily absent.
I wrote to the Italian office to explain it and ask for explanations, but the lady who answered my mail has washed her hands and told me that they can "only answer for the work of our operators" and that I would had to contact the local office.
So I called the local office and after providing the shipping number the operator told me that they did not have any parcels and that the number did not correspond to the ones they usually use to mark their packages.
I also spoke to a GLS courier who came to the office to deliver an envelope and he couldn't even help me.
In short, nobody knows what happened to my purchase and I found myself wasting time with a BAD SERVICE and a practically non-existent customer service.
Never again!!!
