A parcel has left China a week ago, going to USA (right now it is in Aguadilla), then you are shipping it to Netherlands (Europe) and it actually needs to go to Bonaire- Dutch Antilles, which is close to Venezuela! Where is the logic here? This is taking forever, costing a lot and makes no sense at all! There are daily flights from USA to Bonaire.

I’m still waiting for my package that didn’t even leave China until the beginning of the week 3rd Jan I ordered and payed for it on the 30 November is now a month I payed extra to get it on time to the company I bought from obviously a ripoff

Better definition of where package is, expected arrival date; updated as package moves from location to location. Once in USA, what carrier and number being tracked by so customer can track with that carriers tracking and handle vacation holds etc if delivery date or place at delivery needs to be changed. I.E. FedEx vacation hold, UPS deliver to local UPS store, USPS hold with other mail or deliver to neighbor.
