Until now. My parcel update is still in transit. It was shipped last week. Last time, the seller said it was returned to her. Because no one is there to pick up the parcel. It was impossible because there is always a guard picking up the package. Even on weekends. Poor service!

Picked up item from shipper last Jan 22 but your system says Jan 24. Says 3-5 days for provincial shipping, it's been a week already and parcel is still in transit since Jan25.

This particular package has been pending delivery for two weeks already. This is for a package to be delivered from Quezon City to Pasay City only! And there is absolutely no response from Xend despite numerous emails. Their landline is not reachable and no one answers posts on their FB page either. Terrible.
