Delivery man did not follow protocol to contact me for delivery code. Very disappointing and extremely inflexible to make a return trip on the same day when contacted shortly after delivery failure.

I realise i write wrong postcode and i didnt receive any call from u guys, and when i track my parcel is already send back to sender, can u rearrange again and send to my shop? 078884 is my correct postcode, full address will be 7, Wallich Street, Tanjong Pagar Centre, #01-02 , 078884 Singapore

I had very bad experience on the delivery service provided by your company. i had a parcel to receive today within 12-3 pm. Firstly the delivery man did not call me before he delivered the parcel, when he reached my address, I am just went down-stair to buy lunch, The person had called me but I did not heard it because of the surrounding noise, but i had respond to the missed call within 5 mins. But the delivery man had BLOCKED my call, I am continue call for about 10 mins ( 25 calls ) but still unable to connect the call. I am very disappointed with the service provided by this delivery man and I am sure that that is not a right way to handle the customer parcel cause the parcel might be urgent to the customer. This type of service attitude will reflect the standard of the services provided by your company as well as it will affect the market reputation & image of your company as the parcel delivery service provider ....

It says out for delivery since 7:24 am. Even if this is an open delivery item, Ninja Van should notify the customer a time window of the estimated delivery time. This can be done after it has made its schedule for the day. Customers cannot just wait for the delivery from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. This is very very poor service. Ninjas not thinking for its customers.We have other things to attend to and not just wait for a delivery. This is ridiculous service.

Delivery scheduled for 28-30 July 2019. Waited for it but nothing. 31 July. "Your parcel is at the local depot where a new delivery date has been rescheduled" ?????????? Cannot at least tell waiting customers delivery going to be late?? Just reschedule as they please. 1 August 2019 today, took off from work for other matters. At home all the way. Delivery guy called me at 11.45am but i wasnt able to pick up as the phone was not with me. (charging) Literally 11.46am the system updated "We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery. The latest status of your parcel will be shown here." HUH? Even though i couldnt answer the phone I'm still here? There was no door knocks whatsoever. I manage to see the missed call and called him back, he (seemingly) guessed my location "you're at 88 right?".. im like no im at blk 47 (how can you get address wrong when i put postal code and exact location in my order) and then he replied " ... Ohh sorry i am not in that area anymore haha.. sorry tomorrow" Very.. professional. Very patient. Very accurate. I bet 100% he never even got close to the area. Now still have to wait for my parcel. Anticipated from since sunday. How many more tomorrows?
