Delivery time slot was 3-5pm, but found parcel at my door when I returned at 1.20pm. No call was made to notify me about the earlier delivery nor was permission sought to leave product at the door. Update system did not register that the product was delivered.

The item was delivered to me this morning at 10am when I was about to leave home, it was way beyond the stated timing. However the delivery guy was friendly.

Order received at 10am although as indicated by seller delivery timing from 3pm-6pm. Apart from that small issue. Friendly despatch.

My parcel was send to the wrong location (78 Binchang Rise). I was waiting for my parcel when I received a call from the owner of 78 Binchang Rise at 12.28pm. He mentioned that my parcel is at his place. I called the Ninja Van customer service hotline to inform them about my situation. When I first mentioned it, the customer service officer kept insisting that my parcel has been delivered. I have to explain it again before he responded with "What do you want us to do?" If the driver sent the parcel to the wrong location, it would make sense for the driver to go back to the wrong location, pick up the parcel and deliver it to the stated location. Instead of offering to call the driver to find out what is going on, he replied with "What do you want us to do?". I even proposed the solution I mentioned above, and he told me that they are unable to contact the driver. If that is the case, what is the point of having the customer service number at the parcel monitor site? I have to walk over to 78 Binchang Rise to collect my parcel. Is this the kind of serive Ninja Van provides?

Absolutely terrible delivery standards. Decathlon, please use a different delivery vendor. Ninja Van, please fulfil the basic requirement of delivery packages on time. The package was schedule for delivery from 0900-1200. It is currently 1941 and I have not received the package, nor receive an update of the driver's whereabouts. Phone support agent delivers platitudes, not real solutions.

I am most displeased with Ninjavan's service. I ordered a kick scooter for a birthday and chose to have next day delivery with the vendor so that it arrived today as a surprise. You can see on the attached image that I ordered on 23 May 2019 and the delivery schedule was for 24th May between 12pm and 3pm. I waited all day only to have to call up to find out my parcel is still sitting in the warehouse for no good reason! Now the item will be late and the surprise is ruined - you shouldn't advertise next day delivery if you cannot provide such a service. Most displeased and will not be using Ninjavan again.
