I had very bad experience on the delivery service provided by your company. i had a parcel to receive today within 12-3 pm. Firstly the delivery man did not call me before he delivered the parcel, when he reached my address, I am just went down-stair to buy lunch, The person had called me but I did not heard it because of the surrounding noise, but i had respond to the missed call within 5 mins. But the delivery man had BLOCKED my call, I am continue call for about 10 mins ( 25 calls ) but still unable to connect the call. I am very disappointed with the service provided by this delivery man and I am sure that that is not a right way to handle the customer parcel cause the parcel might be urgent to the customer. This type of service attitude will reflect the standard of the services provided by your company as well as it will affect the market reputation & image of your company as the parcel delivery service provider ....

Thanks you very much to the delivery guy(cant trace his name). Delivery arrived right on time. Not only that, he provide a very warm smile before passing to me the parcel. Keep up the excellent work.

It says out for delivery since 7:24 am. Even if this is an open delivery item, Ninja Van should notify the customer a time window of the estimated delivery time. This can be done after it has made its schedule for the day. Customers cannot just wait for the delivery from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. This is very very poor service. Ninjas not thinking for its customers. We have other things to attend to and not just wait for a delivery. This is ridiculous service.

Delivery scheduled for 28-30 July 2019. Waited for it but nothing. 31 July. "Your parcel is at the local depot where a new delivery date has been rescheduled" ?????????? Cannot at least tell waiting customers delivery going to be late?? Just reschedule as they please. 1 August 2019 today, took off from work for other matters. At home all the way. Delivery guy called me at 11.45am but i wasnt able to pick up as the phone was not with me. (charging) Literally 11.46am the system updated "We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery. The latest status of your parcel will be shown here." HUH? Even though i couldnt answer the phone I'm still here? There was no door knocks whatsoever. I manage to see the missed call and called him back, he (seemingly) guessed my location "you're at 88 right?".. im like no im at blk 47 (how can you get address wrong when i put postal code and exact location in my order) and then he replied " ... Ohh sorry i am not in that area anymore haha.. sorry tomorrow" Very.. professional. Very patient. Very accurate. I bet 100% he never even got close to the area. Now still have to wait for my parcel. Anticipated from since sunday. How many more tomorrows?

To whom this may concern, RE: Unprofessional and disrespectful conduct of Ninja Van delivery driver (NVSGDEC00000106958) I placed my order with Decathlon on Monday night and specified that I would like delivery to be made between 6 to 10pm. I had a family member who needed to go to hospital for eye surgery related issues so I had no definite idea what time I would be home during the day. I like to take receipt of items I order in person so that I can ensure custody of the item and also check that all items are in order. In the past, I have had Made in Japan glass coffee delivered totally smashed into smithereens so this is particularly important for me in terms of making sure I ensure delivered items are in order personally. I was uncertain about the time I would be home but I knew that I would be home at night. I did receive the usual notifications from Ninja Van about 3-digit codes etc, including a generic preset SMS around 11.30am, asking for possible delivery a bit earlier but only upon my express agreement and if the 3 digit code was provided. I was busy so I didn’t bother since I knew that I wanted my delivery to be at 6 - 10pm and I had specially made sure I was home at that time to wait for the delivery. Out of the blue, I was called up at 1.18pm by the Ninja Van driver who was trying to ask if he could deliver earlier. I was out at the time and very clearly told him that I was not home and I chose 6 to 10pm delivery slot and that he should simply keep to the slot as I had indicated in my order. I wasn’t particularly rude about in the 22second phone call but I was definitely very clear that I did not give any consent for early delivery and that he should stick to delivery time as indicated. At no time was any 3 digit number given along with any permission for early delivery. I could tell the driver wasn’t that happy with my response but it is my prerogative whether I want to give my consent or not. After the hospital appointment, I unexpectedly come back to drop off my family member before going out for an errand. Lo and behold, I find the Decathlon parcel already sitting in my house. I was very unhappy as I wanted to handle my own delivery issues myself for full accountability. Anyway I took a photo at the time and went off for my own errand. Later that evening after 6pm, I received the email from Decathlon informing me that my item had been successfully delivered. I went to the tracking link provided in the email and saw the the driver had actually dumped the parcel at my house early without indicating to Ninja Van or Decathlon that item had been delivered earlier that the booked time. Instead, he chose to wait until 12minutes after 6pm to pretend that he had just delivered the item. That was when I got really angry that the driver had basically played the system to fool everyone concerned. He thought that he wouldn’t be caught or that no one would bother complaining. This is not the first delivery driver I have caught pulling such a stunt but he is the first one who has tried this with a Ninja Van delivery for me. Ninja Van has become quite a big logistics company in Singapore and it needs to maintain a reputation of efficiency, professionalism and meeting customer needs. That is why big companies like Decathlon and Sephora chose Ninja Van as their courier service. Errant drivers like the person who served me today should be censured for their wilfulness and lack of basic respect buyers's needs. If he had taken such shortcuts with my order so flippantly, I believe he would also have done such tricks with other buyers orders as well. What if parcel had gone missing or item damaged due to this kind of cavalier attitude? I hope that both Ninja Van and Decathlon will investigate this matter and ensure that this kind of shoddy behaviour never happens to others. Thank you for your kind attention. Cheers Ms Wong cc. On-time delivery. Wrong address.

Orders did not arrive in time on the 20th July 2019 timeslot and there wasn't any updates or communication for re-arranging the delivery time.

Delivery time slot was 3-5pm, but found parcel at my door when I returned at 1.20pm. No call was made to notify me about the earlier delivery nor was permission sought to leave product at the door. Update system did not register that the product was delivered.

The item was delivered to me this morning at 10am when I was about to leave home, it was way beyond the stated timing. However the delivery guy was friendly.
