How does Parcel Monitor work?

Parcel Monitor Track & Notify automatically syncs your orders (incl. tracking number and carrier) from the Orders section of your Shopify admin via webhook. When you first install the app, we automatically sync your recent orders so that you can answer any customer inquiries and get a birds-eye overview of your shipment data.

What do I need to do in order to get started?

Getting started is easy! Simply turn on your customer notifications to keep them informed about their shipments.
