SingPost and Qazpost Forge Strategic Alliance to Boost E-Commerce and Streamline Logistics

Singapore Post (SingPost) and Qazpost, the national postal operator of Kazakhstan, have entered into a strategic partnership to enhance e-commerce and logistics operations across both nations. Announced on May 23, 2024, in Singapore, this collaboration aims to leverage technological advancements and create more efficient logistics routes between Singapore and Kazakhstan.
Under this agreement, Qazpost will explore adopting SingPost's machinery and innovative eCommerce drop-off systems to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Both postal giants will share best practices and knowledge to foster economic growth and develop their respective e-commerce sectors further.

"We are excited to partner with Qazpost to jointly explore opportunities for greater collaboration and enhance our postal and logistics sectors. Through our collaboration, we hope to enhance our eCommerce network and unlock new opportunities for both countries," said Li Yu, CEO, International, SingPost.
The signing ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including Vincent Phang, Group CEO of SingPost, and Asel Zhanassova, alongside Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan, and Heng Swee Keat, Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies.
