NIKE, Inc. has announced senior leadership changes aimed at enhancing consumer-led growth and marketplace advantage. Heidi O'Neill, currently President of Consumer & Marketplace, will transition to the role of President of Consumer, Product & Brand. Craig Williams, currently President of Jordan Brand, will become President of Geographies & Marketplace. Matthew Friend, EVP & Chief Financial Officer, will expand his responsibilities to include Procurement, Global Places & Services, and Demand and Supply Management.

These changes are part of NIKE's strategy to strengthen integration across the business and capitalize on its momentum in product innovation, athlete-centric focus, and brand storytelling. The company aims to leverage deep consumer insights to drive breakthrough innovation, engagement, and long-term growth.

“We’re driving even greater focus and integration across our business and teams through these changes, doubling down on what Nike does best: seamlessly serving athletes with compelling product,” said John Donahoe, President & CEO, NIKE, Inc. “Our brand momentum is strong, our innovation pipeline is unmatched, and our strategy is working. What continues to be clear is that there’s so much more potential ahead of us.”

A talented leadership team will support O'Neill and Williams in leading NIKE, Inc. into the next phase of growth and innovation, catering to future generations of athletes. Sarah Mensah, currently Vice President/GM of North America, will assume the role of President of Jordan Brand. Scott Uzzell, CEO of Converse, will become Vice President/GM of North America, reporting to Williams. The successor to Uzzell will be announced soon. Both Jordan Brand and Converse will report to John Donahoe.

Furthermore, Andy Campion, Chief Operating Officer, will transition to the position of Managing Director, Strategic Business Ventures. In this role, Campion will collaborate closely with Donahoe to identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive significant growth for the company. Campion will also oversee Nike Virtual Studios (NVS) and lead teams at Nike's World Headquarters and Los Angeles offices.
