Marketing Interactive: L'Oréal Appoints Kenny Ng as Regional E-Commerce Director

L'Oréal Singapore has promoted Kenny Ng as the Regional E-commerce Acceleration Director. Kenny will be leading the team in driving the company’s next growth relay in L'Oréal SAPMENA under the leadership of Shelly Chiang, chief digital and marketing officer, L'Oréal SAPMENA and Matthijs van der Putten, eCommerce director, L'Oréal SAPMENA.

Kenny started off in L'Oréal group as its regional digital manager where he developed the group’s digital and e-commerce acceleration blueprint and strategy. He directed the team towards digital strategies that connected storytelling, commercial opportunities and consumer engagement across omnichannels, supporting its commercial growth ambitions.  

Prior to this promotion, Kenny also held the role of chief digital officer in 2021, managing 14 brands under his wing. He was involved in planning and executing L'Oréal's digital transformation, data and analytics, marketing, and e-commerce strategies. As the new regional director for e-commerce, Kenny will spearhead the team towards accelerating digital and e-commerce innovations for the group.
