Kohl’s and Instacart Work Together for Swift Same-Day Delivery in the U.S.

Kohl's has partnered with Instacart to offer same-day delivery services, allowing approximately 109 million U.S. households the opportunity to receive their purchases within an hour from any of the 1,172 Kohl's locations nationwide. This collaboration marks Kohl’s as one of the first department stores to be featured on the Instacart platform and allows customers to access a broad range of products such as accessories, home essentials, beauty items, and pet supplies at in-store prices.
Instacart, as Kohl’s exclusive same-day delivery partner, enables customers to place orders for immediate or scheduled delivery, all the while earning Kohl’s Rewards on purchases made through the Instacart app.
Blake Wallace, Senior Director of Retail Partnerships at Instacart, expressed pride in the partnership, highlighting the expansion of their service offerings beyond groceries to accommodate the varied needs of their customers. He emphasized Instacart’s commitment to providing a diverse selection of products and convenient shopping options from trusted retailers.
The service is aimed at customers with busy schedules, such as working parents and travelers, who need quick access to a wide variety of products. To use the service, customers can visit the Instacart website or select the Kohl’s storefront on the Instacart app to start shopping for same-day delivery.
