The newly introduced Plan & Order points with Pick-up locations are strategically positioned to cater to the evolving needs of customers across the nation. CEO & Chief Sustainability Officer, Javier Quiñones, emphasized the company's dedication to progress, stating, "Creating a home you love is about to get even simpler for everyone!"

Expanding Reach Across the United States

IKEA U.S. is set to welcome customers at new Plan & Order points with Pick-up in key locations, including Austin, Texas, the Atlanta Metropolitan area, and two sites in the greater Los Angeles market, with more to be unveiled. The Austin Plan & Order point is slated to open in the summer of 2024 at the Domain Shopping Center, offering a convenient spot for customers to collect their purchases.

These innovative stores aim to enhance accessibility without compromising quality or design. IKEA experts will be on hand to assist customers in planning and ordering home furnishing solutions, providing personalized support for kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Further details about each location will be disclosed throughout the year.

In addition to the locations announced, IKEA U.S. plans to open Plan & Order points with Pick-up in Annapolis and Gaithersburg, Maryland, Katy, Texas, and more, bolstering the brand's commitment to serving a wider audience.
