Formerly known as Loadsmile, Ofload is an logistics tech company that has secured $60M in Series B round of equity and debt. Founded in 2020, Ofload prides itself as "Australia's first digital road freight platform that fully tackles inefficiencies'' and maximizes global logistics by managing backfill for freight trucking. According to the founder Geoffroy Henry, the funds will help support its future acquisitions and accelerate the launch of its subscription-based fleet management software and a dashboard for tracking carbon emissions.

With the $2.5M acquired through the seed round, the team will be able to scale its services across the region, hire more employees, and acquire more merchants.

The round was led by J12 Ventures with participation from several angel investors including Jacob Hellqvist and Johan Bendz.
