Piktina Seed Funding

Piktina is a Ho Chi Minh-based fashion re-commerce firm that has secured $1Mseed funding from Touchstone Partners. Established in June 2022 by the former CEO of ride-hailing company Be Group, Piktina aims to “raise awareness of overconsumption and instill sustainability values in the community to reduce fashion waste, carbon emissions, and conserve the environment.” Using the investment from the recent funding round, the company plans to grow its team and further develop the business model of its re-commerce application.

Following the recent $10MSeries A led by Insignia Ventures Partners, the company is looking to accelerate its omnichannel and international distribution.

With services ranging from product listing and optimization to inventory management, Assiduus has helped several brands scale their presence over 12 global marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay. The $15M injection from its latest Series A will allow the company to enhance technological architecture and deepen its global footprint.

Almacena Seed Funding 

Almacena is a B2B marketplace for agricultural products that “offers digital tools and physical world services to create more efficient, transparent and traceable supply chains.” Since its inception in 2018, the Dutch startup has helped individuals overcome challenges in the coffee supply chain, such as the lack of transparency and consistency. According to EU-Startups, the €3.5M seed funding will enable Almacena to scale up its operations, as well as extend its services to American buyers.

Having raised $20M in its Series B, the firm can now aid even more women in selling online without having to worry about product sourcing, deliveries or collection of payments. On top of expanding its seller network, Elenas will utilize some funds to build out additional core features like customer relationship management tools and product recommendation services.
