Crewdible Series A Funding

Crewdible is a Java-based micro-warehousing startup that has secured $3.2M in a recent Series A led by Bukalapak. Established in 2017, the company assists online sellers with difficult and mundane tasks of e-commerce businesses like managing inventory, packaging, and even shipping. With more than 100 warehouses and 5000 sellers under its wing, the firm works closely with a number of big names for its last-mile delivery, including Ninja Express, JNE and Gojek.

Newtrul Post-Seed Funding

Newtrul is a proprietary digital freight matching platform that connects freight brokers with carriers to share available loads in real time. Armed with an additional $5.3M from the latest fund raise, the company is looking to invest heavily in the right technologies, as well as refine the communication, CRM and onboarding functions of its platform. As of today, Newtrul is serving close to 75 clients and has added over 10,000 active carriers over the past year.

Nashville’s logistics startup GoodShip has closed a $2.4Mpre-seed round featuring FUSE, Flexport Fund, Cerano Management and other angel investors. Backed by many big names in technology and freight, the company is well-positioned to become one of the most impactful technologies in the logistics ecosystem. The latest capital infusion will help bolster hiring efforts and ramp up development of its analytics, bringing it one step closer to its goal of being a leader in middle-mile logistics.

Focused on merchants in the mid-market category, the firm is “seeking to democratize the functionality being brought about by other e-commerce 3.0 and headless players like Fabric and Nacelle”. The $1M raised from its pre-seed round will support the development of its model as well as the expansion of its team.

Headquartered in Mexico City, the startup utilizes data and technology to identify "well-positioned" companies to acquire and help fuel expansion of each acquired brand through a combination of organic growth, geographic footprint expansion and product innovations.

Following the recent raise of €10M, the startup is now poised to bolster its growth plans and expand across the European region.
