FedEx Plans to Consolidate Its Operating Companies into One Unified Organization

Earlier this year, FedEx Corporation unveiled plans to consolidate its operating companies into one unified organization. The announcement was made during the company's DRIVE Investor Event, where FedEx emphasized its commitment to creating a more streamlined and integrated organizational structure.
This consolidation initiative, slated for full implementation by June 2024, will see the integration of FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Services, and other operating entities into a unified Federal Express Corporation. The move will result in a single entity operating under the renowned FedEx brand. Notably, FedEx Freight will continue to provide less-than-truckload freight transportation services independently within Federal Express Corporation.
