FedEx Announces New Shipping Rates, Fees, and Surcharges for 2024

In a recent announcement, FedEx Corporation's subsidiaries, namely FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Freight, are set to implement adjustments to their shipping rates come January 1, 2024.
For FedEx Express services, there will be an average rate increase of 5.9% across U.S. domestic, U.S. export, and U.S. import shipping. Meanwhile, both FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery services will also witness an average rate increase of 5.9%, including FedEx Ground Economy shipping rates.
Customers utilizing FedEx Freight services will experience rate adjustments ranging from 5.9% to 6.9%, depending on their transportation rate scale. These rate changes will be applicable to shipments within the United States, encompassing Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as shipments between the contiguous United States and Canada.
