Cainiao Network, the logistics arm of Alibaba Group, has launched end-to-end e-commerce logistics solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). On top of pickup, warehousing, supply chain, customs clearance and last-mile delivery, the new service also covers real-time parcel tracking, post-purchase service, delivery guarantees and even warranties.

Cainiao and SaaS platform ShopLazza are collaborating on the pilot launch, which will allow businesses to leverage the latter’s enterprise-level logistics system, while also gaining access to the former’s global logistics network. Additionally, this will help SMEs enhance their competitiveness and overcome a common pain point — obtaining an end-to-end cross-border logistics service that is affordable, efficient, and yet sustainable.
