How it works

Connect Gmail and we've already got the rest.
Sync your Gmail in two taps and we'll catch every order confirmation the second it lands — Amazon, SHEIN, Walmart, that tiny Etsy seller you love. The package shows up in your feed before you've even closed the checkout tab. No tracking numbers, no manual entry, nothing to remember. We've already got it.

One feed for everything you've bought.
Once Gmail connected, every package you've bought stacks into one clean feed. You always know what's arriving today, what's a week out, and what's stuck somewhere along the way. Filter by delivery status or sort by delivery date when you want detail.

We'll bring the updates to you.
Instead of checking five different tracking pages to see where your stuff is, you'll get the latest status in your email or in the Parcel Monitor app. Every time your package moves, we send a quick note — on the way, out for delivery, ready to collect. Open your email or the app, see what's up, and enjoy the wait.
FAQs About Parcel Tracking in United States
What is my US parcel tracking number?
The US package tracking number is a set of unique combination of numbers and alphabets. The tracking number is usually attached to the notifications sent to you.
You can find it from the email/SMS sent by the retailer you shopped from notifying you that your order has been shipped. The US tracking number will show you the following updates:
If the parcel or mail is available
Delivery details such as the date and time of delivery
The last location of the parcel (e.g. the mailbox, left at reception, or with neighbor, etc.) if the merchandise has already been delivered.
Why isn't my tracking number updating?
Heads up — tracking numbers only update once the carrier physically scans your package, not the moment the label is printed. If your number was created in the last day or two, it's probably still waiting for that first scan. Give it a few hours and check back. If it's been longer, drop your number in the box above and we'll go find where it actually is. No silent gaps, no guessing — you'll see exactly where it stopped moving, so you know whether to sit tight or reach out to the seller.
What does "in transit" actually mean?
Good news — your package is on the move. "In transit" just means the carrier has it and it's working its way through their network. Could be a sorting hub, a regional flight, or a handoff between carriers. This stage can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on how far it's traveling. The next status you're waiting on is "Out for delivery" — that's the one that means it's loaded on the truck heading to your door today. We'll keep watching in the meantime.
My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have it. What should I do?
That's frustrating — let's figure it out. Start with the delivery photo if your carrier left one (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon usually do). Check side doors, porches, mailrooms, and ask any neighbors in case it landed at the wrong address. If your package is still missing 24 hours after the delivered scan, reach out to the carrier and ask them to open a missing-mail search. Most US carriers give you a 7 to 14 day window to file a claim, and your seller can usually reship or refund once the carrier confirms what happened.
The package is out for delivery — when will it arrive?
It's almost here. Most US carriers run delivery routes between 8am and 8pm local time. USPS usually wraps up by 5pm on weekdays; UPS and FedEx Ground can run as late as 9pm, especially during peak holiday season. Amazon Logistics and last-mile carriers like OnTrac or LaserShip sometimes show up as late as 10pm. If the end of day rolls around and your package still hasn't landed, the scan usually updates to "Delivery attempted" or quietly rolls to the next business day — nothing for you to do, we're already on it.
Can I track Amazon, SHEIN, and Temu orders here?
Yes — and we love a haul. We track Amazon Logistics packages plus anything Amazon ships through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For SHEIN and Temu, we've got the regional carriers they hand off to — YunExpress, 4PX, J&T Express, USPS for the last mile, and the rest. Just paste the tracking number from your order confirmation. Wherever your favorite retailers ship from, we'll track it home — one place, every order, no jumping between five different apps to figure out where your stuff is.
Does this work with FedEx, UPS, and DHL?
Yes — and pretty much anyone else who delivers to your door. We've got every major US carrier covered: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics, plus regional last-mile crews like OnTrac, LaserShip, GLS US, and Spee-Dee. Shopping from overseas? We track 1,100+ carriers worldwide, so cross-border orders come in too. Just paste any tracking number and we'll spot the carrier automatically — no dropdowns, no logging into five different sites. One place, every package, always free.
Do I need to sign up to track a package?
Nope, just drop your tracking number in the box above and you're tracking. No signup, no email, no account. You'll see the full status, where your package is right now, and when it should land — all in seconds. Signing up is optional and only matters if you'd like us to handle things automatically: connect Gmail once and we'll pull every future order in for you, no copy-paste, no manual tracking ever again. Either way, the tracking itself is free — always.
Can I track multiple packages at the same time?
Yep — and that's where things get fun. Drop any tracking numbers into the box above one by one to check status. To keep them all in one feed, connect Gmail once and we'll pull every new order in automatically — no more hunting through inboxes or pasting numbers. You'll see your packages stacked in one view, color-coded by status, so you can spot what's landing today, what's still moving, and what's hit a small hiccup. Great for hauls, BFCM, and anyone juggling more than two orders at a time.
Will I get notified when something changes?
Yes — and only when something actually changes. Sign up and we'll send a heads-up the moment your package moves: shipped, out for delivery, landed at your door, or hit a small hiccup along the way. No spam, no daily "still in transit" updates. Pick how you want to hear about it — push notification, email, or both. The big moments get an extra-warm "It's here!" so delivery day feels like the gift it is. All free, and you can switch the alerts off anytime.
Do you keep tracking my package after it's delivered?
Yes — your package's full journey stays in your history as long as you want it there. Useful if you need to dig up a delivery date for a return, a warranty claim, or just to remember which carrier handled what. Connect Gmail and we'll also keep your order history alongside it, so you can see what you bought, when it landed, and from which retailer — all in one place. No more digging through three different inboxes when you're trying to find one receipt.
Can I track international or cross-border packages?
Absolutely. We track 1,100+ carriers across 170+ countries, including the big international names (DHL, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide, China Post, Royal Mail) plus the regional last-mile carriers your package gets handed off to in each country. So when your order leaves a warehouse in Shenzhen and lands at your door in Texas, you see every step in one place — no switching between trackers, no carrier silence mid-journey. Customs holds, transit hubs, the final handoff — all of it, in plain English, the whole way home.
