With 15 years of experience in HR, Anjali has proven her expertise in the field. In this episode, she shared her career story with Nestlé and the various transformations she has been part of and some career advice to people coming into the workforce. According to her, when changes occur it is better to reach out to people who know more about it, understand it, and keep moving. She also added that when it comes to transformation, being inspired and communicating are very important. Anjali also shared how Nestlé is retaining people and they make their brand more appealing to younger talents- having “Nesternships” as one of their programs.

Anjali is an HR leader with over 15 years of experience with proven expertise in leading transformations, talent management, organization design and development, employee engagement and communication, diversity & inclusion, rewards, and HR business partnering, across multiple countries.

Currently, she is the Regional Head of Talent Centre of Competence for the Asia Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa, for Nestlé. She is leading a multicultural, semi-virtual team delivering talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer branding, leadership and organization development, team effectiveness, coaching, mentoring, diversity & inclusion, and learning and capability building solutions.
