In this episode, Terry shared his career journey leading to the founding of JUSTT Group. For over 20 years, he has been driving business growth in a profitable and sustainable way, mainly in the different regions in Asia. Their main mission in JUSTT Group is to power e-commerce and drive companies to focus more on cross-border and omnichannel. They are supporting and overseeing brands to develop in the emerging e-commerce market.

Fei and Terry also discussed the core strengths and weaknesses of e-commerce giants in China like Alibaba, TikTok, Jingdong, Pinduoduo, and Shein. He mentioned that one of the key learnings in succeeding in the industry is to understand the different categories of the e-commerce business – the marketplace, brand owners, retailers, and other services offered. When entering the market, Terry mentioned that it is important to pay attention to logistics support, online and offline business development, globalization, and omnichannel strategies. He also mentioned how important it is to tackle different hurdles like waste and environmental issues by looking at them from an ecosystem perspective and paying attention to ESG strategies.
