They provide predictive ETA and decision support recommendations to clients, resulting in improved customer service and reduced manual work. The company focuses on sustainability by using AI to predict future consumption of vessels with 95% accuracy.
Ami also shared how he is prioritizing personal health by practicing mindfulness and cleansing his brain every weekend. He values active listening when evaluating prospective employees and recommends books such as "The Hard Thing About Hard Things" by Ben Horowitz and "Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell.
