Unspun, an apparel start-up based in San Francisco and Hong Kong, is bringing its custom-fit denim technology to mainstream fashion with H&M’s Weekday. The collaboration was launched on 5th November in Stockholm at Weekday’s Götgatan store.
Consumers can visualize their custom pair of jeans fitted on digital avatars, which is a first for the fashion industry. Another innovation from this collaboration is the ability to issue a custom-fit product from a body scan with a mainstream brand.
With this, Upsun and Weekday aim to provide quality products with an engaging customer experience, while being environmentally conscious.
In addition to being environmentally-friendly, Unspun has set up a seamless integration with its backend supply chain – making the model circular and accessible to customers via mobile channels. This experience is available at unspun.io.
