1. A completely revamped parcel overview display gets you the latest insights on your parcels

Introducing a whole new intuitive way to get all relevant parcel delivery statistics presented in a single, comprehensive overview within the Dashboard for the last 14 days.

We’re happy to say that this feature is available to all our customers! Now, all your team members can get detailed insights into your carrier’s delivery performance, regardless of role.

Within the new dashboard overview you can now access:

  • How many parcels you’ve added to the platform in the last 14 days
  • An intuitive breakdown of your parcels by delivery status in numerical and graphical forms
  • The opportunity to drill down in the parcel overview on a daily status level. For example, you can now see which day’s deliveries have the most issues and take appropriate action to optimize your setup.
  • A helpful breakdown of your carriers, ranking your top five according to their delivery volumes.

2. Admins can now quickly review usage statistics directly after log in

Ever wonder how much of your Parcel Perform services you are using at any given time? Not to worry, your Dashboard now includes key information on your account usage.

The crucial details on active users and your current subscription package remains but is now presented in a sleeker, more intuitive manner. For account administrators, we’ve introduced a simple parcel counter to help provide clarity on billing. You can now see the total number of billable parcels based on your subscription period.

3. Be always only one click away from the latest e-commerce insights with our blog integration

Now you can access the latest e-commerce insights on our blog directly from our Dashboard. Discover our latest news and discover strategies to grow your e-commerce business while using our product!
