Moengage Secured $30M for Its Customer Engagement Platform

In its latest funding round led by Steadview Capital, MoEngage raised $30M, bringing its all-time raise to $100M. Based in San Francisco and Bangalore, the SaaS startup helps brands understand their customers’ digital behavior and enhance app engagement. 

More specifically speaking, MoEngage provides firms with insights including customer preferences, how they navigate apps and websites, and what features appeal to them. With MoEngage, marketers can segment their customers based on affinities and lifestyle, then craft campaigns accordingly.

“We are an enabler of digitization for our customers’ brands. We help them better retain customers and drive more engagement and value,” said Raviteja Dodda, Co-founder and CEO of MoEngage. In the same interview, Dodda also mentioned that the company is growing fast despite the doom of the pandemic. It now has more than 1000 users globally and its annualised recurring revenue has increased by more than 120% in the past year alone. The new funding will thus serve to further diversify its product offerings and attract even more talents.
