DHL Global Fowarding, Deutsche Post DHL Group’s air and ocean freight specialist has launched myDHLi – an online platform for freight forwarding customers across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. This launch is also a measure to keep up with businesses going digital and require a platform to access freight forwarding information.
What is interesting about this new platform is that DHL has promised to give customers full transparency and control over shipment data, from freight rates to carbon emissions.
