Poor sarvice. No home delivery. Delivery boy misbehaving with me!

This is completely not true I never cancelled my shipment.Infact I have been waiting since the day it Reached siliguri and ever since No representative from courier called me and everytime I checked my status they gave wrong remarks.I have wasted so much time waiting for this order and now what I see here is the order is cancelled.I even called Gati Customer service twice and also complained about the situation but seems like Gati doesnot value customer service or customer relation.I Don't understand why it is so much difficult to simply call and let me know about my order if you can't deliver I will come my self and pick up my order but don't give wrong and false remarks.This is really unacceptable and Unprofessional..I had never had such a bad experience with any company or courier in my entire life.Its such a shame in this era of technology a company like Gati can't coordinate a simple shipment and deliver.wow

I haven't received my product, but you say you have delivered me the parcel at the time when my office campus is closed, give me the delivery person number, I want my product immediately

What a pathetic service is of yours .U have received the order more than a week ago but still u aren’t attempting to deliver,I would write all sort of bad experiences everywhere especially on consumer site and twitter as well such that u should take customers on seriously

Delivery boy not give a delivery a door step after that we found carton damage...and delay delivery also........

Till today my parcel was not received waste of time with u idiots
